PAMA takes pomegranate seriously, pressing the fruit into a liqueur built on real juice rather than syrup and rounding it out with vodka and a measure of tequila. It solved an actual problem: bartenders wanted true pomegranate in a glass, and grenadine was never going to get there. The deep ruby color does half the work in whatever you build.
Tart red fruit arrives first, then a little floral lift and a sweet-sour finish that reads fresh instead of candied. Splash it into sparkling wine, shake it with tequila and lime, or simply pour it over ice with soda. A genuinely useful bottle for anyone who entertains.
