XO Café Dark Cocoa takes Patrón silver tequila and infuses it with coffee and dark chocolate, landing somewhere between a digestif and a dessert. Crucially it is dry rather than sugary, which is what separates it from a crowded field of sweet coffee liqueurs. At 60 proof it still tastes like a spirit.
