Product Description
The Perrin family are best known for Chateau de Beaucastel in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and the Reserve range is where that expertise gets applied at everyday scale. The white is the quieter half of the pair and, to many drinkers, the more interesting one: a southern Rhone blend led by Grenache Blanc, fermented cool in steel so the aromatics stay lifted.
It smells of white flowers, honeydew and lemon blossom, then turns fuller on the palate with pear, a touch of almond and a soft, round finish. Serve it cold with grilled fish, goat cheese, roasted vegetables, or simply a plate of olives and good bread.
