Product Description
Pine Ridge is a Napa Valley house best known for Cabernet, but this blend has quietly become its most recognizable wine. Chenin Blanc supplies the acid and the orchard fruit, Viognier the floral lift, and together they make something more interesting than either grape usually manages at this price. It has sold on word of mouth for years.
Honeysuckle and jasmine on the nose, then crisp pear, green melon and a citrus snap on the palate, off-dry but finishing clean. Serve it cold with Thai curry, ceviche, spicy shrimp or a cheese plate. Equally at home on a warm porch with no plan at all.
