Product Description
Prosecco changed how much of the world drinks sparkling wine, largely by being dry, fresh and affordable all at once. Made from the Glera grape in a pressurized tank rather than in the bottle, it keeps bright fruit character instead of developing the bready notes of Champagne, which is exactly why it works as an everyday pour and as a mixer.
Brut is the driest of the common Prosecco styles: green apple, pear and white blossom, a soft foam and a clean finish with very little sweetness. Serve it very cold in a wine glass, alone as an aperitif, or built into a spritz with soda and an orange slice.
