Quady works out of Madera, California, where the family has spent decades treating Muscat as a grape worth genuine craft rather than an afterthought. Low in alcohol and built for sipping, it suits afternoons better than long formal dinners.
Aromas of strawberry and candied citrus lead into raspberry, peach and a whisper of rose, the sweetness held in line by a bright seam of acidity and a gentle spritz. Pour it very cold, over ice if you like. Good company for fruit tarts, brunch, or a sunny stretch of porch.
