Product Description
Quinta do Noval is one of the great names of the Douro, an estate whose declared vintages are collected and whose everyday bottlings still carry the house signature. Late Bottled Vintage is the practical way in: Port from a single year, held longer in cask before bottling so that it arrives ready to drink rather than asking for two decades of patience. Once opened it keeps for weeks.
Deep ruby in the glass, with black cherry, dried plum and cassis over cocoa, cinnamon and a warming lift of spirit. Sweet without turning syrupy, and firm enough to finish clean. Serve slightly cool in a small glass with dark chocolate, walnuts or a knife of Stilton.
