Product Description
Raeburn works out of Sonoma County and aims squarely at the sweet spot between everyday and special: more ambition than a grocery bottle, far less outlay than a cult Napa label. The Cabernet follows that logic closely. It is a wine for people who drink Cabernet often and would rather do it well every week than lavishly twice a year.
Plush and darkly fruited, with black currant, plum and blackberry over vanilla, mocha and a light note of cedar from barrel. The tannins are supple and the finish lingers without turning heavy. Serve at 62 to 65 degrees with steak frites, a properly made burger, or aged cheddar.
