Product Description
Fine Champagne is the chalky band of vineyard at the center of the Cognac region, and Remy Martin draws its XO exclusively from there. Hundreds of individual eaux-de-vie go into the blend, some matured for decades, before the cellar master will sign off on it. This is the house at full stretch, and still one of the reference points by which the whole XO category gets measured.
Dense and rounded, with candied orange, hazelnut, cinnamon and dried fig unfolding slowly across a long finish. Pour a small measure into a tulip glass, wait ten minutes, then drink it neat.
