Product Description
Tercet takes its name from the three people whose judgment made it: the cellar master, the grape grower and the distiller, each credited on the label. That is an unusual gesture for a cognac house, and it signals the intent behind the bottling, a blend built to show aroma and lift rather than sheer weight. One of the more distinctive expressions in the Remy range.
Expansive and floral on the nose, with mango, apricot and honeysuckle, moving into honey, gingerbread and warm spice on the palate with a long aromatic finish. Best neat in a tulip glass at room temperature, where the aromatics have room to open. Good with dark chocolate or toasted nuts.
