Product Description
Mendoza sits high and dry against the Andes, and that altitude is what gives Argentine Malbec its unusual combination of ripeness and grip. Renacer farms these vineyards with a distinctly European sensibility, and the Reserve bottling shows it: a Malbec built for the dinner table rather than for shock value, with oak used as seasoning instead of as a headline.
Blackberry and dark plum lead, backed by violet, cocoa and a fine dusting of tannin that keeps the fruit in line. Give it twenty minutes in the glass, then pour it alongside grilled steak, short ribs or anything that has spent time over charcoal.
