Product Description
Lime, wet stone and a bracing line of acid: Riesling grown in cool southern Australia has a clarity few white grapes can match, and Reschke keeps its version clean and citrus-driven. This is a white that leads with fruit and acidity rather than oak, picked at the point where the two still hold each other in balance. For a house white, it costs considerably less than its ambition suggests.
Lean and crisp on the palate, with citrus peel, green apple and a faintly saline close that pulls you toward the next sip. Serve it properly cold with oysters, fish tacos, green papaya salad or a wedge of sharp cheese.
