Product Description
An everyday red does not need to be complicated to be good. Reserve do Monte keeps things simple: ripe fruit, moderate structure, no aggressive oak, and a price that makes pulling the cork on a Wednesday an easy decision. Keep a couple of bottles around for the nights when dinner comes together quickly and nobody is analyzing the glass.
Soft and juicy, with plum, red berry and a touch of sweet spice over gentle tannin. Serve it slightly below room temperature, which keeps the fruit lively. A natural fit for pizza, burgers, pasta with red sauce or a bowl of chili on a cold night.
