Product Description
Revana is a small St. Helena estate built around a single hillside vineyard, farmed with a level of attention that larger Napa operations rarely manage. Cabernet is the whole reason the property exists. Production stays limited, the fruit is estate-grown, and the winemaking is deliberately conservative: pick well, handle gently, let the site do the talking.
Powerful but polished, with blackcurrant, graphite, dark chocolate and a long, fine-grained tannic spine that promises real cellar life ahead. Decant it for an hour before serving. Pour it with dry-aged ribeye, rack of lamb, or on its own once the plates are cleared.
