Product Description
Cognac remains one of the most tightly regulated spirits on earth: a defined stretch of western France, two permitted distillation passes, oak aging measured in years rather than months. Revanche works inside those rules to deliver a cognac aimed squarely at drinkers who want the category's warmth and polish without the collector-tier price tag.
Round and approachable, with dried apricot, light caramel, baking spice and a soft oak finish. It takes ice without falling apart, which makes it a strong candidate for a Sidecar or a highball with ginger ale and lemon. Neat works too, in a small glass, at the end of a long week.
