This Riqueza anejo has spent time in oak to build sweetness and body while keeping enough agave brightness to remind you what it was made from. A sound step up from a mixing bottle.
Honey, toasted oak, baked apple and a faint peppery snap through the finish, medium-bodied and smooth. Serve it at room temperature in a copita, or over one large cube if you prefer it cooler. It also mixes into a tequila Manhattan more gracefully than most people expect.
