Product Description
Peach blossom and honeysuckle come off the glass before you have lifted it far, which is the signature of properly made Moscato d'Asti. Piedmont has been producing this style for well over a century, and the rules that govern it keep the alcohol low and the sweetness natural rather than added. Risata's bottling is a clean, faithful example.
Light, softly sparkling and sweet without any heaviness, with apricot, ripe pear and a citrus lift that keeps it from turning syrupy. Serve it cold in a small glass and finish the bottle the day you open it. Ideal alongside dessert, or as the dessert itself.
