Product Description
Prosecco solved a problem: how to open something sparkling on an ordinary Tuesday without treating it as an event. Risata's version comes from northeastern Italy, made by the tank method that keeps Glera fruit fresh and floral rather than bready. This is the bottle to keep cold at the back of the fridge for whatever comes up.
Crisp and dry with a fine, persistent bead, showing green apple, white peach, honeysuckle and a clean citrus close. Pour it very cold, straight or as the base of a spritz with soda and a bitter aperitivo. Excellent with salty snacks, prosciutto, fried food and brunch of every description.
