Product Description
Pizza night has a wine, and this is it. Lambrusco is the traditional table wine of Emilia-Romagna, the Italian region that also gave us Parmigiano and prosciutto, and it exists specifically to be drunk cold alongside rich, salty food. Riunite has kept the style on American shelves longer than most of us have been drinking.
Fizzy, purple and lightly sweet, with black cherry, plum and a fresh berry snap. Very low in tannin, so nothing grips or dries the palate. Keep it in the refrigerator and pour it cold into tumblers rather than stemware.
