Product Description
Grapefruit, lime zest and freshly cut grass, with acidity that snaps rather than sags: Sauvignon Blanc is the most invigorating white grape California grows, and Rodney Strong keeps its version clean and unoaked so none of that gets muffled. Reach for this when you want the wine to wake you up.
Crisp and dry on the palate, with passionfruit, white peach and a mineral finish. Serve it properly cold. A natural with oysters, goat cheese, asparagus, ceviche, herb-heavy salads and grilled fish, and it holds its own against food that defeats most whites.
