Product Description
Warm afternoons, a cooler full of ice, and something pink that does not require a conversation. Rosatello is built for precisely that occasion: an easygoing Italian rose priced for the case rather than the celebration, with enough softness to please a crowd and enough lift to stay refreshing across a long lunch.
The colour is pale strawberry, the flavours run to ripe peach, red berry and a light floral note, and the finish is gently sweet rather than bone dry. Drink it very cold, straight from the refrigerator, in whatever glass is nearest to hand. It handles spicy food well, suits a cheese board, and makes a sound base for a summer spritz.
