Product Description

Roscato built its name on sweet reds from northern Italy, and Bianco Dolce applies the same thinking to white grapes: light, faintly fizzy, low in alcohol and generous with fruit. It is one of the easiest bottles in the store to hand to a mixed group knowing everyone will actually drink it.
Pear, white peach and a lick of honey lead the way, with just enough prickle on the tongue to keep the sweetness lively rather than heavy. Serve it cold, near freezing if anything. Brunch, a fruit and cheese plate, spicy takeout, or a hot day on the back porch are all it really asks for.
