Roscato's sweet rose is the pink counterpart to the red that made the brand, aimed at the same drinker and priced the same accessible way. There is no ambition here beyond being pleasant, and it manages that with real consistency.
The palate is light and juicy, the sugar clearly present, the acidity just firm enough to keep everything moving. Ice-cold is the only way to serve it.
