Four years minimum in new charred oak, one distillery, one distilling season, and bottling at exactly 100 proof, all under the standard the Colonel himself fought to establish. In a market crowded with storytelling, this is a line that earns its following on specification.
The house character runs to caramel and brown sugar over a firm backbone of baking spice, dry oak and a touch of leather on a lingering finish. Bonded strength gives it enough weight for a large cube or a spirit-forward cocktail, though it reveals the most neat. A shelf bottle worth actually pouring.
