The Twisted range is Seagram's way of meeting drinkers halfway, and lime is the flavor that needed the least persuasion. It sits on the brand's oak-mellowed gin base, so the juniper is still there, just wearing citrus on top. Consider it a shortcut rather than a replacement for the original.
Vivid lime with a touch of sweetness, backed by soft juniper and a clean, quick finish. Over ice with soda water it is a highball in ten seconds; with tonic it needs no garnish; shaken with a little sugar it becomes a gimlet without the squeezing. Serve it extremely cold.
