Product Description
Nelson sits at the northern tip of New Zealand's South Island, a smaller and sunnier neighbor to Marlborough, and the Seifried family has farmed there since the 1970s as one of the region's founding names. Their Sauvignon Blanc offers the recognizable New Zealand signature with a touch more restraint than the wines from over the hill.
Expect passionfruit and grapefruit alongside fresh-cut herbs and lime zest, with brisk acidity and a dry, gravelly finish. Serve it properly cold. It is superb with mussels, goat cheese, asparagus, ceviche and anything involving fresh herbs or a squeeze of citrus.
