Product Description
Siduri made its name chasing cool-climate sites up and down the West Coast, and the Willamette Valley is among the coldest and most rewarding of them. Chardonnay grown there comes in leaner and more nervous than its California counterparts, which is precisely the point of seeking it out.
Look for green apple, lemon curd and white flowers with a stony undertow, a subtle creaminess from time on the lees, and oak that stays politely in the background. Serve it cool but not frozen, closer to fifty-five degrees. It excels with halibut, crab, roast chicken, or a risotto finished with butter.
