Product Description
Plata is the unfiltered view of what a tequila house can do, since nothing sits between the still and the bottle. Siempre works in small batches, and its clear expression is the one to reach for when you want the plant itself rather than the barrel. It rewards close attention and still makes an excellent margarita.
Crisp and green, with cooked agave, citrus zest, white pepper and a saline mineral edge on a clean finish. Chill it lightly and sip it neat, or build a margarita with fresh lime and a good orange liqueur and let it carry the drink. A paloma with grapefruit soda works beautifully too.
