Product Description
D'Antano is the bottle Siete Leguas reserves for its longest-aged stock, an extra anejo drawn from casks left well past the point where most tequila is bottled. Extra anejo is the rarest category in the spirit, and coming from a distillery still working with a stone tahona and traditional fermentation, this is about as close to the old world of tequila as a modern bottle gets.
Deep amber, with roasted agave buried under dried fig, toffee, leather, cocoa and sweet oak, and a finish that carries on for a long while. Serve it neat, at room temperature, in a glass that concentrates the aroma. Nothing needs to be added to it.
