Product Description
A few months in American oak is all a great blanco needs, and Siete Leguas understands the restraint that requires. This reposado keeps the peppery, earthy agave that defines the distillery and lets the barrel add warmth rather than sweetness. It is the middle of the range and, for most drinkers, the sweet spot.
Cooked agave and cracked pepper open, then vanilla, light caramel and a herbal, mineral streak carry through a dry finish. Sip it neat from a narrow glass, or let it anchor a tequila old fashioned or a margarita where you want more depth than a blanco delivers. Ice optional, never necessary.
