Product Description
Some bottles are built for a room with a game on. Springfield Distillery's Basketball Bourbon is unapologetically that, a themed bottling made for March, for watch parties, for the gift that gets a laugh and then gets opened. Behind the label is a straightforward American bourbon at 45 percent, which is a sensible proof.
Caramel and vanilla lead, with toasted grain, a little baking spice and a clean finish that does not linger. It is an easy neat pour and a better mixer than the packaging suggests, solid in a Highball and good in an Old Fashioned. Buy it for the fan, the bracket pool or the home sports bar.
