Product Description
Watermelon is the flavor of a July afternoon, and this bottle does not overcomplicate the idea. St. Julian, working out of Paw Paw, Michigan since 1921, keeps it sweet, light and cold-drinking, aimed at coolers and picnic tables rather than cellar racks.
The nose gives fresh melon rind and candy in roughly equal measure; the palate is sweet, soft and refreshing with a finish that disappears almost at once. Serve it as cold as you can manage, over ice, with a pinch of salt on the rim to sharpen it. Excellent with grilled chicken and cold salads.
