Product Description
Pineapple brings acid where mango brings weight, and against chili heat that acidity does useful work. This is the sharpest of Stella Rosa's spicy bottlings, a semi-sweet Italian sparkler in which tropical tang and pepper warmth take turns rather than blending into one another.
Bright pineapple and a little citrus lead, sweetness settles in the middle, then chili heat rises slowly and lingers across a long finish. Serve it very cold over plenty of ice, with a salted rim if you are so inclined. Made for tacos al pastor, grilled pork and spicy wings.
