Product Description
Some whites are for contemplation; this is for thirst. Sauvignon Blanc at its best is a wine of nerve and clarity, and a straightforward bottling like this one is what you want in the door of the fridge — ready whenever the weather turns warm or dinner needs cutting through.
Lime zest, gooseberry and a green herbal snap on the nose, then a bright dry palate with brisk acidity and a crisp close. Serve it properly cold. It works with goat cheese, ceviche, grilled shrimp, sushi, and salads built on vinaigrette rather than cream.
