Product Description
Cream sherry is the sweetest and most comforting style in the fortified wine family, and Taylor has been a familiar American name in it for generations. This is a pantry bottle as much as a drinks bottle: it keeps for weeks after opening, which almost no table wine does, so it earns a place in the kitchen as well as the bar.
Expect raisin, toffee, walnut, and brown sugar, rich and rounded with a warming finish. Serve it lightly chilled or at cool room temperature in a small glass, alongside almonds, blue cheese, or a slice of fruit cake. It is also fine for pan sauces and glazes. Small pours, taken slowly, after a meal.
