Product Description
A reposado is a tequila caught mid-transformation — long enough in oak to take on color and calm, short enough to keep the agave clearly in charge. 1519 Reposado works in that middle register, offering the rounder character of barrel time at a price that keeps it in the mixing rotation rather than reserved for the top shelf.
Look for baked agave and light citrus underneath vanilla and gentle wood spice, with a smooth, warming finish. It is comfortable neat or over a single large cube, and it makes a margarita with more body and less bite than a blanco would. A solid everyday reposado for the home bar.
