Product Description
A good reposado earns its place by being the bottle you reach for most often, and that is the job this one is built for. Time in wood is measured in months rather than years, which keeps the agave in the foreground while adding just enough polish for neat drinking. Flexible enough to take a cocktail, interesting enough not to need one.
Roasted agave and lime zest lead, with vanilla, light oak and a pinch of white pepper behind them, finishing smooth and faintly sweet. Try it neat first, then in a margarita made with fresh lime and no sugar. Very good with grilled steak or carnitas.
