Teremana is distilled in the Jalisco highlands at a distillery built specifically for the brand, using slow-roasted agave and small copper pots, and the anejo is the most contemplative bottle in the range. Better value per pour than the standard size.
Time in American oak gives it a warm amber color and a palate of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel and gentle baking spice, finishing long and smooth. Pour it neat and leave the ice in the freezer. A natural nightcap, and a good bottle to hand a bourbon drinker.
