Product Description
Gumballhead is the beer that proved a wheat ale could be a hop showcase. Brewed in Munster, Indiana by a brewery better known for aggression, it goes the other direction — light on its feet, generous with citrus hops, and built for volume drinking in the best sense of that phrase. It has been a Chicago-area staple for two decades and the loyalty is earned.
Soft wheat body, bright lemon and grapefruit hop character, a whisper of bubblegum from the yeast, and a dry, clean finish with very little bitterness lingering. Serve cold in a standard pint glass. Excellent with fish tacos, fried chicken, summer heat, or a long afternoon with no particular agenda.
