Product Description
Torbreck made its name in the Barossa working with some of the oldest Shiraz vines on earth, and Struie is its study in contrast — fruit from the warm valley floor blended with cooler, higher-elevation material. The combination delivers Barossa richness with a spine of freshness that many Australian Shiraz bottlings simply do not have.
Deep and layered: blackberry, blueberry, licorice and dark chocolate, with violet aromatics and peppery spice across a long, polished finish. The tannins are ripe and substantial. Decant half an hour and pour with lamb shoulder, grilled ribeye or aged cheddar. It will reward several more years in the rack.
