Product Description
French Sauvignon Blanc plays a different game than its New World counterparts — less tropical fruit, more citrus and stone, with a dry restraint that makes it a far better dinner wine than a patio novelty. This 2020 sits squarely in that tradition: honest, well-made white wine that knows exactly what it is for.
Look for lemon, green apple and white flowers, with a chalky dry finish and acidity that keeps the palate awake. Serve it cold but not ice-cold, so the aromatics get a chance. Excellent with shellfish, roast chicken, goat cheese, or a simple plate of white fish and lemon.
