Product Description
Unaged tequila is the honest test of a distillery, and this is a good one to judge by — triple distilled from 100 percent blue agave, with no barrel and no additives to lean on. The smoothness is built in rather than bolted on, which is why the bottle has held its place on Chicago back bars for years.
Bright and vegetal in the best sense: agave, green citrus, cracked pepper and a clean, quick finish. Built for mixing, since it will not get lost in lime juice, soda or grapefruit, and perfectly pleasant chilled on its own. The obvious choice when a batch of margaritas is the plan.
