Product Description
Plata means silver, and in tequila it means nothing standing between you and the agave. Tres Generaciones runs its spirit through the still a third time before bottling, which is unusual at this price and accounts for the softness — a noticeably gentler unaged tequila than most, without losing the pepper that makes the style worth drinking.
Crisp and clean: cooked agave, lime, a little mineral salt and a short peppery finish. It is the workhorse of the range — margaritas, palomas, ranch waters, anything tall with citrus — and it takes a chilled shot with lime gracefully as well.
