Product Description
Red vermouth has gone from an afterthought to a genuine category over the last decade, and bottles at this end of the shelf are the reason it stayed on the shelf at all — accessible, aromatic and useful enough to keep in constant rotation. Buy it to use, not to admire.
Sweet and spiced, with vanilla, dried cherry, bitter orange and a cola-like herbal depth, finishing with just enough bitterness to keep it from cloying. Stir it with bourbon or rye, pair it with gin and Campari, or pour it over ice with an orange twist as an aperitif. Refrigerate once open.
