Product Description
Tromba came out of a small partnership rather than a boardroom, and the tequila reflects that — made from fully mature blue agave, distilled in Jalisco, and bottled without additives. The anejo is where the house style shows most clearly: a year or more in oak, enough to build depth without burying the agave underneath it.
Amber and softly sweet, with cooked agave, vanilla, baked apple and toasted oak, finishing warm and long. Best neat at room temperature in a copita, or over one large cube if the evening calls for it. A good bottle for introducing someone to sipping tequila.
