Product Description
Paso Robles became California cabernet country for good reason: hot days, cold nights and limestone soils that give the grape both ripeness and spine. True Myth farms there with a light hand, and this cabernet shows what the appellation does best without a Napa price tag attached.
It pours deep ruby and opens on blackcurrant and dark cherry, then fills out with cocoa, cedar and a savory herb note across the finish. The tannins are firm but polished. Decant briefly, then pour alongside grilled steak, lamb chops, mushroom risotto or anything cooked over charcoal. A confident weeknight cabernet that dresses up easily.
