Product Description
A riserva-style Chianti spends longer resting before release than the standard bottling, and that extra time is what separates the two. The wine arrives softer, deeper and more integrated, ready to drink the day you carry it home rather than demanding years of patience from you first.
Sangiovese stays the heart of it: dark cherry, dried fig, tobacco leaf and a touch of sweet oak, with the grape's signature savory acidity holding everything upright. Decant it briefly and serve in a proper glass. Pour it with bistecca, wild boar ragu, mushroom risotto or aged pecorino. A Sunday dinner wine.
