Product Description
Reposado is where most tequila drinkers settle, and Villa One makes a persuasive case for staying there. Several months resting in oak give the spirit a golden cast and a softer frame while leaving the agave in charge. It is the middle bottle of the Varvatos and Jonas range and arguably the most useful one, at home both in a glass and in a shaker.
Light caramel and vanilla sit over roasted agave, with baking spice and a gentle pepper finish. Good neat over a single cube, better still in a margarita made with real lime, where the oak adds body without turning the drink sweet.
