Product Description
Warm afternoons are the whole argument for this one. Vina Robles makes its rosé dry and pale, in the Provençal register rather than the sweet pink mold, drawing on Paso Robles fruit picked early enough to keep its acidity intact. It is priced to open on a whim and good enough to plan a meal around.
Strawberry, white peach and a little watermelon rind, finishing crisp and clean with no residual sweetness. Serve it properly cold. It handles grilled shrimp, summer salads, charcuterie and spicy takeout with equal ease, and it is one of the few wines that genuinely works from noon until midnight.
