Product Description
Extra Dry is the classic Prosecco style, slightly rounder than Brut and the register in which the Glera grape shows its best fruit. Volare keeps things uncomplicated and well made, offering the everyday Italian sparkling wine that gets opened without an occasion attached. At this price there is no reason to save it.
Green apple, white pear and a touch of acacia blossom, with fine persistent bubbles and a finish that reads fresh rather than sweet. Serve it very cold in a tulip glass. Drink it on its own as an aperitivo, with salty snacks or fried appetizers, or build it into a spritz or mimosa.
